I had a very difficult case in which I had to prove my innocence against the word of two State cops. I was offered a plea deal numerous times, but I repeatedly turned it down because I hadn’t done anything wrong which was not making the judge very happy as my case wasn’t deemed very important. But I was being railroaded and wasn’t about to take a plea! Jan stuck by me the entire time, and his line of questioning of the two cops destroyed their credibility and I was acquitted on both charges!! He’s my new attorney for life!!
